By way of the present petition filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case bearing FIR No.77 dated 19.06.2025 registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) and 111 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) at Police Station Division No.4, Patiala. 2. In the present case, allegations against the petitioner are that he, in connivance with other co-accused furnished false and frivolous bail/surety bonds before various Courts by way of forging identity cards and other documents of common people. 3.
