This is the third petition under Section 483 of BNSS (Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of Regular Bail to the Petitioner in case FIR No. 52 dated 28.03.2024 under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 25 of Arms Act 1959 at Police Station STF, District SAS Nagar Mohali, Punjab [Annexure P-1]. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner was arrayed as an accused in the instant FIR solely on the basis of the disclosure statement made by co-accused Satnam Singh and Jaswant Singh, from whose possession, the alleged recovery i.e. 1 kg heroin and one country made pistol of 32 bore alongwith two live cartridges were effected.
