The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 11.09.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-23006-2024, whereby, direction was issued to the respondent to decide the claim of the petitioner and pass speaking order. 2. Notice of motion. 3. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ravneet S. Joshi, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and contends that in compliance of order dated 11.09.2024, speaking order dated 30.01.2025 has been passed. The same is taken on the record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4..
