The petitioner has filed the present revision petition against the impugned judgment dated 23.11.2012, passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, SBS Nagar (Nawanshahr) whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioner was ordered to be dismissed and the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 03.08.2011, passed by the Court of Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Balachaur, whereby the petitioner was ordered to be convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 279 and 338 of IPC and was sentenced as under:- Under Section 279 of IPC R.I for a period of three months and to pay a fine of Rs.200/-.
