On 19.02.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (438 of Cr.P.C.), has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing DDR No.033 dated 19.04.2025, registered under Sections 109, 191(3), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 25 and 27 of PARVEEN KUMAR 2026.05.07 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment. Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Zira alias Sadar Zira, District Ferozepur in a cross case i.e. FIR No.0042 dated 19.04.2025, registered under Sections 109, 191(3), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25 and 27 of Arms Act 1959, at Police Station Zira alias Sadar Zira, District Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that it is a version and cross version case and the matter is between family members. Now a compromise has been effected as they have resolved their dispute. Co-accused, namely, Jagdeep Singh, has already been granted relief of interim bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.02.2026 passed in CRM-M-8464-2026 and the complainant party has also been granted bail in the case.
