Present petition has been filed praying for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0104, dated 22.04.2026, under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS, 2023 and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Khanna City-2, District Ludhiana. Further prayer has been made for staying the arrest of the petitioner during the pendency of the present petition and to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest. 2. Succinctly, the facts of the case are that the police party was on patrolling on 22.04.2026 near the Prestine Mall near GT Road Khanna.
