The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing the action of the respondents in not counting the entire continuous service rendered by the petitioner w.e.f. 18.03.1993 up to the date of her regularization on 30.01.2023 for the purpose of pension and pensionary benefits. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner has also submitted representation dated 01.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) to the respondent which is still pending consideration. He further submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate directions are issued to the respondent to consider and decide the said representation, by passing a speaking order, in a time bound manner. 3.
