Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that the order dated 31.12.2025 of which the contempt is alleged was challenged by the respondents by way of filing LPA-1029-2026 and in the said case, notice of motion has been issued and in the meantime, the operation of the said judgment has been stayed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present contempt petition be disposed of at this stage but liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive/file fresh contempt petition after the decision of the said LPA in case any cause survives or in case interim order is vacated. 3.
