The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 20.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jhajjar, in Civil Suit No. 73 of 2016 titled as ‘Satish Kumar and another vs. Maman and others’ whereby the application of the petitioners for lading additional as well as secondary evidence was dismissed. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been renderend infructuous and may be disposed of as such as, the main Civil Suit stands dismissed by the learned trial Court vide judgment and decree dated 11.02.2025. 3.
