Through the instant writ petition, the petitioners impugn the orders dated 13.03.2025 and 19.12.2025, passed respectively by the Maintenance Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 2. This Court has, vide order dated 07.05.2026 passed in CWP- 8242-2026, already set aside the impugned orders for having been passed coram non judice and remanded the matter for fresh adjudication. Accordingly, no further adjudication is required in the instant writ petition and the same is closed. 3. Disposed of accordingly.
