Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted before this Court that during the pendency of the present petition, the matter between the parties has been amicably resolved. He has submitted the petition praying for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise bearing CRM-M-21479-2026 has already been filed and the statement of the parties before the learned trial Court has been recorded, He, thus, prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.
