(ORAL) 1. The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to release her money deposited with the respondent-bank. 2. Learned counsel representing the respondents, at the outset, on instructions from Mr. M.S. Sandhu, Senior Manager, submits that there are three awards dated 22.08.2025 passed by learned Arbitrator whereby demand has been created against the petitioner. She has not challenged those awards. Two arbitration proceedings are still in progress. The petitioner has joined proceedings. The respondent has no objection if petitioner’s appeal/objection petition is entertained at this stage.
