The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant interim regular bail for a period of three months to him in case FIR No.06 dated 17.01.2026, under Sections 15-C and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Alewa, District Jind. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that during police custody, the petitioner had suffered fracture on his right hip joint and was admitted in PGIMS, Rohtak. He refers to the medical record (Annexure P-2) to contend that the condition of the petitioner was critical and he has already undergone surgery.
