Brief facts of the plaintiff's case are that defendant No.1 is owner of the suit property measuring 73 Sq. Yd. which was initially allotted to one Kalka Parshad vide allotment No.3508 dated 26.03.2004 in EWS category. He sold the same to defendant No.1 after receiving the conveyance deed dated 28.12.2010. Transfer permission was also granted by defendant No.2 (HUDA) vide transfer permission dated 06.01.2011 and defendant No.1 became owner of the same. Thereaf
