(ORAL) 1 The present appeal is directed against the award dated 13.01.2009 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Rohtak, in a claim petition filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (for short, ‘the 1988 Act’), whereby the claimant has been awarded compensation of Rs.65,000/- on account of 15% permanent disability suffered by him in a motor vehicular accident dated 16.06.2007. He also suffered fracture of neck of femur. The Tribunal awarded a sum of Rs.30,0
