The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking benefit of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.88, dated 07.05.2026, registered under Section 305 of the BNS and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka. 2.
