By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short-‘the Act’) bearing No. HMA/1334/2025 (Annexure A-1) titled as ‘Jagdish vs. Saroj Bala’, pending before the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Sirsa to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Barwala, Sessions Division, Hisar. 2. As per office report dated 29.04.2026, notice issued to the respondent has been received back served, but despite service, none has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent today as well as on the last date of hearing i.e. 29.04.2026. Accordingly, this petition is being decided in his absence. 3.
