The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and take action on his representation dated 18.05.2026 (Annexure P-4). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 18.05.2026 (Annexure P-4) raising his grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon.
