The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the learned District Judge, Kurukshetra, to decide the transfer application titled “Sarita Gupta vs. Nisha Rani and Others” expeditiously. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and respondent No.1 are co-owners in joint possession of the suit property. She further submits that the petitioner had filed Transfer Application No.25 of 2026 before the learned District Judge, Kurukshetra, seeking transfer of seven cases pending between the parties.
