(ORAL) 1. The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to permit Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP). 2. Learned counsel for respondents-PGIMER submits that petitioner was subjected to multiple tests including genetic test. In the test reports, it has been found that there is no fetus abnormality warranting MTP. 3. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition.
