Petitioner-Sarabjit Singh @ Saba, aged 35 years, has filed the present petition under Section 483 of BNSS (corresponding Section 439 Cr.P.C.) seeking regular bail in case FIR No.253 dated 02.11.2025, under Sections 22/61/85 of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. 2. Though quantity of tramadol salt recovered from the possession of the petitioner from 980 tablets is ‘non-commercial’ i.e. 176 grams, yet first bail petition (CRM-M-15782-2026) was withdrawn by the counsel on 27.03.2026. Total incarceration period of petitioner inside jail is 06 months and 22 days.
