The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-6218-2025, whereby, respondents were directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 03.04.2025, speaking order dated 04.05.2026 has been passed. The same is taken on the record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. A perusal of speaking order dated 04.05.2026 shows that order dated 03.04.2025 passed in CWP-6218-2025 has been complied with. 4. In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 5. Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order date
