The present revision petition has been filed assailing the order dated 10.04.2026 (Annexure P-8) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ferozepur, in Execution Application No. 6 dated 03.01.2023, whereby the objections preferred by the petitioner/judgment-debtor have been dismissed in a wholly mechanical and non-speaking manner, without proper appreciation of the facts and the settled principles of law applicable to the controversy involved, 2. The objection petition was filed primarily on the ground that the execution proceedings could not proceed during the pendency of the appeal preferred by the petitioner.
