Present second petition has been filed praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.07, dated 11.01.2023, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station City Zira, District Ferozepur. 2. Succinctly, the facts of the case are that FIR in the present case was got registered on the statement of complainant, namely, Sant Gangan Dass, Power of Attorney of Samruti widow of Pardeep Chaudhary.
