The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-18987-2024, whereby, respondents were directed to pass specific order. 2. Learned counsel for respondent contends that in compliance of order dated 24.04.2025, speaking order dated 01.05.2026 has been passed. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner and is also taken on record. 3. A perusal of speaking order dated 01.05.2026 shows that order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-18987-2024 has been complied with. 4. In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 5. Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order dated 01.05.2026 in accordance with law. 6.
