The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (438 of Cr.P.C.), has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.21 dated 27.12.2025, registered under Section 21(C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Sections 27 and 29 of NDPS Act were added later on), at Police Station State Special Operations Cell, Fazilka District Intelligence Wing (SSOC). 2. Brief facts of the case are that on 27.12.2025 co-accused Baljit Singh was apprehended by the police and recovery of 05 kilogram and 110 grams of Heroin was effected from his conscious possession.
