Present petition has been filed praying for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.4 & 5 and for not harassing the petitioners on any false criminal complaint, if any lodge by private respondents or any of their relatives. Further prayer has been made for directing the official respondents to decide the representation dated 14.05.2025 of the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the petitioners are major and have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 & 5 and have sought protection to their life and liberty. They apprehend danger from respondents No.4 & 5. Their marriage certificate evidencing their marriage is on record as Annexure P-3.
