Prayer in the present petition is for setting aside the order dated 07.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by Additional Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Malout, in Civil Suit No.CM-38-2014, whereby objections raised by the petitioners (objectors therein) against the report of Local Commissioner was dismissed. 2. There is no representation of behalf of the parties, despite calling twice. 3. The present petition has rendered infructuous, as the aforesaid Civil Suit No. CM-38-2014 stands decreed by the trial Court, vide order dated 18.09.2025. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous as well as for want of prosecution.
