The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in FIR No.60 dated 11.02.2026, under Section 108 of BNS, 2023 (306 of IPC) registered at Police Station Dera Bassi, District S.A.S. Nagar Mohali. 2. On 24.04.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. There is neither any specific allegation causing harassment levelled in the FIR, nor any instance of an act, immediately preceding the alleged suicide, which would have made his case fall within the definition of abetment as defined under Section 45 BNS, so as to constitute the offence under Section 108 BNS.
