In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to restore the petitioner’s original drug licenses i.e. retail licence and whole-sale licence to active status. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if at this stage, direction is given to respondent No.2 to treat the present petition as a representation and decide the same in a time- bound manner. 3.
