This is the first petition under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 (corresponding to Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.226 dated 20.07.2024 under Sections 22-C & 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala, Haryana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further contended that the petitioner has been arrayed as an accused in the FIR solely on the basis of the disclosure statement of the co-accused, namely, Prince. He further submits that no recovery whatsoever has been effected from the petitioner, whereas the alleged contraband i.e. 460 strips (11040 capsules) Cerotic Healthcare containing Dicyclomine Hydrochloride Paracetamol and POONAM NEGI 2026.05.26
