This is the second petition filed under Section section 482 of the CrP.C. (528 of BNSS) for setting aside the impugned order dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-4) and 20.04.2026 (Annexure P-5) passed by the ld. Additional Session Judge, Ludhiana in case number NDPS/156/2026 tilted as State Vs. Sanjit Son of Ranbir Singh instituted on 23.02.2026 in FIR No. 260 dated 02.11.2025 U/s 21-61-85 NDPS Act Police Station Sadar, Ludhiana which is now pending for 21.05.2026 whereby, non-bailable warrants were issued against the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court on 18.03.2026 as well as on 20.04.2026 due to miscommunication between him and his counsel. Due to his absence on the aforesaid dates, non-bailable warrants were issued against him. He inter alia contends
