The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in FIR No.170 dated 25.03.2026, under Sections 21(b) and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 111 of the BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda. 2. On 18.04.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel contends that name of the petitioner surfaced on the disclosure statement of co-accused, Narinder Singh, from whom non-commercial quantity of contraband, it being 105 grams of heroin, was allegedly recovered. There is no recovery effected from the petitioner. Reliance is placed on the judgment passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of Toofan Singh Vs.
