SURYA PARTAP SINGH, J (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 528 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’, seeking for quashing of order dated 06.01.2026 (Annexure P-14) passed by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Bathinda, hereinafter referred to as ‘trial Court’ only. By virtue of abovementioned order, the bail of petitioner was cancelled. As a result thereof, the bail bonds of the petitioner have been forfeited and to procure his presence in the Court, his warrants of arrest were issued. 2. Notice of motion. 3.
