Learned counsel for the respondent, upon instructions from Mr. Om Dutt, Mining Officer, informs that the order in question dated 04.04.2019 (Annexure P-1) has been challenged by way of filing a Special Leave Petition bearing Diary No.37061 of 2019 and the said SLP was listed on 22.03.2024 along with SLP-1544-2019.
