(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the orders dated 19.11.2010 (Annexure P-1), 21.01.2011 (Annexure P-2) and 17.11.2011 (Annexure P-3) passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-15362-2010 titled “Sanjay Gupta and others vs. State of Punjab and others”, as well as order dated 14.05.2012 (Annexure P-4) passed in COCP No.741 of 2011 titled “Sanjay Gupta and others vs. Dharam Pal Rao and another”, whereby the respondents were directed to ensure that no garbage is accumulated at the site in question.
