It is mentioned in Para 1 of the present application that:- “2. That the appellant suffered injuries in the accident. He remained admitted in the Hospital for quite long time and he has incurred an amount of Rs. 15.00 lac on his treatment. The learned Tribunal has passed the award on 02.11.2023 and granted compensation of Rs. 13,92,000/-. The Insurance Company has not deposited the awarded amount in time, the appellant was not able to work after receiving injuries in the accident. The appellant could not file appeal within the period of limitation due to paucity of funds after arranging the amount. The appellant is now filing the present appeal.
