A statement made on behalf of the appellants that in full and final satisfaction of their claim, an amount of Rs.5,70,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs Seventy Thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the tribunal be awarded and be disbursed to appellants, having been accepted on behalf of the insurer of the offending vehicle, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the insurers i.e. Reliance Insurance Company and New India Insurance company to deposit with the office of the Lok Adalat two cheques in the sum of Rs.2,85,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs Eighty Five Thousand only) each being 50% of the total enhanced amount of compensation of Rs.5,70,000/- favouring appellant No.1- Sneh Lata, for and on behalf of all the claimants, within six weeks from today, failing which the amount hereby awarded shall carry interest @
