Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.167 dated 22.05.2025, registered under Sections 20B(ii) (C), 25, 27-A, 29 and 61-85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 238 of the BNS, 2023, at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani. 2. Brief facts as per the prosecution case are that on 21.05.2025, SI Anil Kumar, along with his fellow police officials was on patrolling duty and on suspicion, they intercepted a Creta car and two persons inside the car managed to flee.
