MANDEEP PANNU, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 309, dated 27.08.2024, under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC (corresponding to Sections 61(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of BNS, 2023), registered at Police Station Civil Lines Hisar, District Hisar, Haryana. This Court vide order dated 23.04.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.
