This petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0047, dated 25-02-2026, under Sections 332(c), 126(2), 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 3(5) of BNS 2023, and later on added Section 118(2) of B.N.S. 2023 (erstwhile Sections 451, 341, 324, 323, 506, 34 of I.P.C. and later on added Section 326 of IPC) registered at Police Station: Dharamkot, Distt. Moga. 2. This Court, vide order dated 01.05.2026 had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.)
