Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.705 dated 12.11.2025, registered under Sections 318(4) and 61(2) of BNS and Section 61-04-20 of Punjab Excise Act, at Police Station Kharkhoda, District Sonipat. 2. Vide orders dated 13.02.2026/06.03.2026, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to orders dated 13.02.2026/06.03.2026, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Akshay, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 5.
