The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr. P.C. (528 BNSS) for quashing of FIR No. 27 dated 13.02.2019 under Sections 379-B, 323, 341, 34 IPC (412 and 201 added lateron) registered at Police Station Pasiana, Patiala, Punjab and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2. This Court vide order dated 27.01.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3.
