Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in compliance to the order dated 01.02.2024, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, which has been upheld up to the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the respondents have granted the necessary sanction and has further submitted that the amount due as per the judgment passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court would be released to the petitioners within a period of six weeks.
