In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner’s application for grant of arms licence. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted an application for grant of arms licence on 21.02.2025 (Annexure P-2). Learned counsel further submits that no decision has yet been taken on the above said application. It is further submitted that the petitioner has also filed a representation dated 14.03.2026 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2 for consideration of the application for grant of arms licence. 3.
