Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438 Cr.P.C.), is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked in a criminal case arising out of FIR No.114 dated 14.03.2026, under Sections 21(B) and 27A of NDPS Act at Police Station City Fatehabad (wrongly mentioned in the order dated 24.03.2026 as PS Sadar Fatehabad), District Fatehabad. 2. On 06.04.2026, following order was passed: “(i) xx xx xx xx (ii) As per the case of prosecution, 6.08 grams of heroin was recovered from the right pocket of the lower worn by the main accused, namely Sagar. Upon his arrest, and on the basis of his disclosure statement, petitioner was also implicated as an accused in the present case, with the allegation that he had supplied the heroin to co-accused Sagar for an am
