The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 20 dated 28.01.2025 under Sections 191(3), 190, 115(2), 324(4), 351(3), 117(2), 109(1) and 54 BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Gadpuri, District Palwal and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2.
