The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the show cause notice dated 22.09.2024 (Annexure P-6) and punishment order dated 02.02.2026 (Annexure P- 7), whereby the recovery has been ordered to be effected from the salary of the petitioner. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of prohibition restricting the respondents from carrying out any recovery from the salary of the petitioner. 2.
