This Civil Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 19.02.2024 (Annexure P-11), whereby the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds to the post of Inspector or any other suitable post has been rejected, despite the fact that his father, Sh.
