Surya Partap Singh, J.(Oral) This petition is the first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita’, 2023. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.221 dated 10.09.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 21/27-A, 29/61/85 of Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural. 2. Briefly stating the facts emerging from record are that the above mentioned FIR came into being in a case of chance recovery, when a police party headed by SI Naresh Kumar intercepted a young person on the basis of suspicion. As per prosecution, when search of the above mentioned person was carried out, he was found in possession of 09 grams of heroin. 3.
